We accept E-mail requests for refunds within 30 days of you receiving your items. If the item is in your possession for more than 30 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.

We do not refund items that are not in their original condition or packaging, as well as items that are damaged, defective, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.

Return Shipping Costs (unless the item was received damaged/defective due to our error or if we sent you the wrong item).

Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Once your refund is approved,you will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 48 hours.
  3. If you paid with a credit/debit card, it takes 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your statement after we process it.
  4. You will also receive a refund confirmation email from us stating that your order has been refunded and showing the refunded amount, the item refunded, and the account/card credited.

Return Terms:

  1. Any item you return must be in the same condition (NEW) you received it and in the original packaging. The item can be in used condition (opened packaging) if you originally received it broken/damaged/defective
  2. We do not provide a return label and it is the customer’s responsibility to get one. We also don’t pay for returns shipping unless you received a damaged/defective/incorrect product from us.
  3. Customers can only return their items by mail.
  4. There is no restocking fee.
  5. Customers must return the items within 30 days of receiving them.

Refunds If Package Does Not Arrive:

On rare occasions packages get lost in transit. If your order does not arrive within our given timeframe specified on our Shipping & Delivery page, please let us know by emailing contact@celsave.com and we will contact our shipping line to see what happened with your package and where it is.

We also guarantee delivery or a full refund. If your package gets lost in transit and does not arrive within 10 business days from the date your package was shipped, we will confirm with the post office and will refund your order in full to your original method of payment. Which means you get back the entire amount you paid when ordering. Alternatively, upon the customer’s request, we can send out a replacement package free of charge.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after all the processing times have passed, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@celsave.com or call us at +44 73 4266 7121 and we will look into it and make sure you get your money.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS:

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product from us, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt to contact@celsave.com for a replacement item or a refund to be issued.

If you film the unpacking and prove that the item was broken/defective upon arrival, we will issue you a refund or send you a replacement immediately, allowing you to keep or discard the defective item without sending it back to us.

NOTE: Please be considerate when placing your order and make sure to choose the correct size, color, etc. for your product, to avoid any unnecessary returns or exchanges.
